The first time I peeled and cut the cable, I almost made a mistake in measuring the length of the sheath. In order to further improve his skills, Lv Lixiang actively learns drawing knowledge, observes his master's operations carefully, and whenever he has time, he "soaks" in the training base to practice insulation scraping and lead coating techniques. He accompanies hundreds of kilograms of cables every day and studies the business day after day.
The stripping and cutting of the main insulation and semi conductive shielding layer of the cable requires scraping with glass sheets, and the size error should be controlled within millimeters. only through continuous practice can one become proficient. At the end of 2013, Lv Lixiang transferred from the cable construction position to the operation and maintenance position, responsible for the operation and maintenance management of urban high-voltage cable lines. At that time, our 17 team members were responsible for inspecting a large amount of cable equipment, with each person walking about 20 kilometers per day. To this end, Lv Lixiang carefully analyzed the cable inspection data, carefully sorted out the basic information, defects and hidden dangers of each line, and analyzed the operating status of each cable line one by one. In the end, he proposed a differentiated inspection strategy, which involves setting corresponding inspection frequencies based on the operating conditions of different lines. After adopting a differentiated inspection strategy, the inspection efficiency of the operation and maintenance team increased by more than 50%, and the number of inspection personnel decreased by about 10%.
Lv Lixiang proposed to adopt lean and intelligent management plans to strengthen the full process management of cable lines from design and construction to operation and maintenance. Starting from 2013, Lv Lixiang led a team to develop a large-scale underground cable network lean management system that integrates lean management, online monitoring, and 3D visualization platform over nearly three years, achieving standardized, streamlined, and lean production management of cables. Introduce intelligent robots, online monitoring technology, and intelligent sensing devices to continuously improve inspection efficiency. In 2019, State Grid launched a three-year action plan to improve the professional level of high-voltage cables, proposing to build five world-class demonstration cities for lean management of high-voltage cables, with Nanjing being one of the pilot cities.
